Answers to questions about the acquisition

Why did Wells Fargo acquire CPC?

Wells Fargo has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with CPC, first as a customer of the Lender Finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and then as part of a strategic alliance that began in 2007.  Wells Fargo has been a minority investor in CPC's business since that time, and with our support, their business has grown significantly.  This acquisition will allow both companies to expand CPC's existing channel financing capabilities under the Wells Fargo Capital Finance umbrella.

As a CPC customer, who should I contact with questions about the acquisition?

If you have questions, please reach out to your existing point of contact at CPC.

Will the CPC name change?

The business will continue to market under the Castle Pines Capital identity while its systems and processes are added to those of the broader Wells Fargo organization.  We will continue to keep customers updated well in advance of those changes.
